HistoryFive Stars Concierge was created out of the belief that saving time has become
one of the greatest challenges in today’s world. Cheryl O’Marra and Cindy Gordon, co-founders of Five Stars Concierge
Service, recognized a need for help in achieving a balanced life-style while ensuring quality time with family and friends.
Based on this concept, a personal assistant company was founded.
About CherylPrior to starting Five Stars, Cheryl’s background includes 17 years of
retail experience with Macy’s, Garfinckels, and Ann Taylor. Her positions included Regional Director of Stores, General
Manager, Merchandise Manager, and Buyer. She graduated with an Associate Degree in Applied Science at the Fashion Institute
of Technology in New York City. She is a mother of three girls ranging in ages four through eighteen.
About
CindyCindy, prior to starting Five Stars, had a career in the corporate world for over twenty years. She was
a national account manager, with emphasis on relationship selling into the retail, hospitality and travel industries. Cindy
has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. She is the mother of a 15-year-old daughter and a 13-year-old
son.
